1週間前は最高気温が摂氏10度しかなかったのに、金曜日から20度を超えていて昨日今日明日は24度です。まるで5月の陽気。今も日付を間違って5月にしちゃったかと思ったらちゃんと3月って書いてた（MayとMar.って英語で書くと似てるでしょ。数字の3と5も似てるしね😉）。このままポカポカ陽気でいて欲しいのに、次の週末にはまた10度に戻ってしまいます。

A week ago, the high temperature was only 50 degrees Fahrenheit, but it has been over 70 degrees since Friday, and it has been 76 yesterday, today, and 76 again tomorrow. It’s like a sunny May day. I thought I had mistakenly wrote the date as May, but I was properly writing March (May and Mar. are similar when written in English, right? The numbers 3 and 5 are also similar, right?😉). I wish it would stay warm and cheerful, but it will be back to 50 degrees this weekend.

昨日1日でうちの桜は全く咲いてない状態から一分咲きとジャンプスタート。そして今日1日で7分咲き！うちの食卓から見えるんですが、食べている間にも次々と咲いて、まるで早送りのビデオを見ているみたいでした。

Yesterday, in just one day, our cherry blossoms jumped from 0% to 10%. And today, in just one day, 70%! I can see the tree from my dining table, and while I was eating, they were blooming one after another, and it was like watching a video in fast forward.

去年がラニーニャで寒くて今年がエルニーニョで暖かいので、満開の時期に3週間以上のずれがありそうですね。もしかすると明日にも満開😉

Due to La Niña, it was cold last year, and this year, it is El Niño and warm. So, there is a difference of more than three weeks in the times of full bloom. Maybe it will be in full bloom tomorrow😉
