2009年春に植えたソメイヨシノの変遷。14年経って、こーんなに大きく立派になりました。今年の春は例年より寒く（昨夜も雪）、桜の開花も10日以上遅くなりました。やきもきしましたが、立派に咲いてくれました。

Transition of my Yoshino cherry tree planted in the spring of 2009. After 14 years, it has become so big and gorgeous. This spring has been colder than usual (it snowed last night), and the cherry blossoms bloomed more than 10 days late. It was frustrating, but it bloomed splendidly.

そして、桜の蕾が開きかけたもので、桜の花の塩漬けを仕込みました。半年ほどで食べれるようになります。

Then, using the cherry blossom buds which are about to open, I prepared salted cherry blossom. It will be ready to eat in about 6 months.
