  　＜リスト＞ <List> 今日はRock Dustのお話です。去年読んだガーデニングの本によると、植物が使ったり、雨で土壌の下の方に沈んだり流れたりしたミネラルを、Rock Dustで補充するのが良い、ということでした。土中の微生物がミネラルを使い、できた栄養物を植物に供給します。Rock Dustというのは、大まかに4種類あります。氷河から採れたもの、ユタ州産のAzomite®︎、玄武岩、そして花崗岩。これらの岩を砕いたもの、または他の工業産物（キッチンのカウタートップなど？）の副産物です。どれがいいかは、どこに住んでいるかによるんですが、私の場合は手に入りやすい氷河のRock Dustを買いました。 Today, I am going to talk about Rock Dust.
