電気自動車用充電器設置 EVSE Installation
3月1日、電気技師さんに電気自動車用の充電器をガレージに設置していただきました。時間通りに来ていただき、1時間ちょっとで綺麗に設置していかれました。私の質問にも的確かつ簡潔に答えていただきました。まさに技術屋さんといった感じの人なりと仕事ぶりで、なんだか清々しかったです。 On March 1, an electrician installed a charger for electric vehicles in our garage. どか雪 2023 Snow Storm 2023
ポートランドの冬は雨期で、まるで日本の梅雨の様に何日もシトシトと雨が降り続きます。気温は華氏で40度（摂氏4度）前後、ひんやりとしていますが、北風小僧が吹きつける様な厳しさはありません。ただ、この雨期、11月ごろから始まって4月ごろまで続き、昼間もどんよりしていることが多いので、かなり鬱陶しいです。そのせいもあって、似た様な気候のシアトルと合わせ、パシフィックノースウェストではうつ病の患者さんが多いそうです。晴れの日も少ないので、ビタミンD欠乏症の患者さんも多く、赤ちゃんから年寄りまでビタミンDの処方箋をよく見ます。 Winter in Portland is the rainy season, and it rains for days on end just like the rainy season in Japan.
