「マスターリサイクラープログラム」無事卒業！ I successfully graduated from “Master Recycler Program”!
〜Amazing! I did it! I am proud of myself!（日本語でこれを書くと恥ずかしいので書けない）〜 マスターリサイクラーのクラスがようやく終了しました。毎週水曜日午後6時から9時までを7回と土曜日午前8時から12時半までを2回の、合計9回で30時間。長いようで短かった！宿題の読み物も多いし一回のクラスが3時間と長いし、結構密でハードだった。でも、なんだか久しぶりに充実した時間を過ごせた気がします。自分だけのためにこんなに時間を使ったのが久しぶりだからかな？ The Master Recycler class has finally finished. 7 classes every Wednesday from 6pm to 9pm and two classes on Saturday from 8am to 12:30pm, totaling nine classes for 30 hours. 「マスターリサイクラー」を目指してます I am Trying to Be a “Master Recycler”
マスターリサイクラーのクラスが始まりました。毎週水曜日午後6時から9時までを7回と土曜日午前8時から12時半までを2回の、合計9回30時間です。その後にボランティア活動を30時間終了後、「マスターリサイクラー」の称号がもらえます。 The Master Recycler class has begun. Seven classes every Wednesday from 6:00pm to 9:00pm and 2 Saturdays from 8:00am to 12:30pm, for a total of 9 sessions (30 hours). But since this dish is unexpectedly good, so I am posting to my blog. 材料 キュウリ 3-4本 青シソの葉 中10枚 梅干しペースト 小さじ1 Ingredients 3-4 Cucumbers 10 Medium Green Shiso Leaves (Shiso is a Japanese Basil) 1 teaspoon Umeboshi Paste or Puree (Umeboshi is pickled Japanese plum) 作り方 キュウリを切る。サイコロ状でも乱切りでもいいですが、小さめの方が味がしみて美味しいと思います。 シソの葉を切る。これもお好みですが、千切りより短めの方がスプーンですくいやすいです。 全ての材料を混ぜ合わせ、ガラスの保存容器に入れて冷蔵庫で寝かせる（梅干しは酸性なので金属やプラスチックは溶け出す）。 1ー2日で食べ頃です。 How to…
